I am a qualified integrative Counsellor with a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

My goal is to offer you a private, judgment-free environment where we can explore your thoughts and feelings together, no matter how challenging.


I believe effective therapy requires effort and cooperation from both of us and can only be successful with mutual respect, trust and openness.

As a registered member (402672) of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am fully committed to the principles and values set out in the BACP Ethical Framework.


Therapy can be frightening and daunting, but it is also a powerful and effective way to break patterns that no longer serve you.

You made the first, probably the most important step towards improving your life, which is considering therapy.
Perhaps you have unhelpful thoughts or fears that have affected how you felt and lived your life for some time?

Maybe you are facing significant life changes such as grief or divorce and need urgent support? Perhaps you need to offload your thoughts and feelings without worrying about being judged?
I worked with clients who were struggling with different aspects of their lives, including low mood, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, emotional challenges, problems at work, sexual and gender identity, cultural issues, self-harming, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, and negative thoughts.


If I compare therapy to a car journey, you will be the driver who decides where to go, and I will be the passenger who sits beside you.


I will go where you go as I trust your judgement. I will not advise you on what to do, but together, we can find answers to help you better understand yourself and explore strategies that will benefit you.

Therapy for each person looks very different, and that's how it should be, as we are all unique!

We will start with a brief phone chat so I can get a sense of the kind of support you are looking for.
To get to know you better, I'll need some basic information. You can also use this opportunity to address any questions you may have.
We will schedule an in-person or online session to establish if we are a good fit for working together.


For some clients, a handful of sessions to address an acute issue might be enough, whereas others may need consistent, weekly sessions for months.


You, the client, know best whether the therapy is beneficial and effective.

To avoid having to spend too much time on paperwork during the session, I will ask you to read and complete a few documents beforehand.



As the sessions continue, we will discuss the progress, objectives, and goals to ensure we are on the same page because your needs and objectives may change as the therapy progresses.



My sessions are 50 minutes for adults and children.

I tend to meet clients on a weekly basis but this may vary depending in individual circumstances.

I offer face-to-face, online and phone counselling in English or Polish for adults as well as children.

I provide a secure platform for online sessions.

This helps avoid having to spend too much time on paperwork during the session
